AS COMMERCIAL SALES & MARKETING MANAGER m I f I d

you will be actively leading and developing the ACT’BLE’s sales and marketing masterplan incl. on-/offline distribution and media channel activation.


RESPONSIBILITIES I

S A L E S

  • Plan, setup, steer and optimize the commercial 360 degree go-to-market process

  • Build a cohesive online & offline distribution model and roll-out plan

  • Be in charge of strategically developing our market in selected growth segments with a strong focus on analyzing the market and competitive landscape, deriving action plans and implementing them in order to drive profitable growth and extend our market coverage

  • Find, analyze and onboard strategic key accounts and build a strong commercial network to develop future business opportunities and co-operation models


M A R K E T I N G

  • Develop, define, implement and execute commercial media & lead strategies to future optimize target KPI’s and negotiate beneficial deals with direct partners and/or agencies

  • be responsible for the performance and scaling of paid search (SEO / SEA, display, YouTube etc.) and paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram etc.)

  • You drive the optimization of your KPIs such as CPL, CPC and CTR always with an eye on your ROI, ROAS

  • You are responsible for the conversion optimization of the website and monetize our traffic through A / B testing and growth hacks

  • You lead cross-team projects with Sales, Operations and Product in order to open up new lead opportunities

  • You analyze internal and external data sources in order to identify relevant touchpoints for hyper-personalized campaigns, e.g. through account-based marketing initiatives


REQUIREMENTS

  • You already have some experience in sales, (performance) marketing, economics, business or similar fields

  • Strong communication skills in order to present analytical findings and convincingly negotiate with internal & external partners

  • Quick thinking, personal initiative, and an autonomous, entrepreneurial working style

  • Affinity for data driven decision-making paired with a hands-on and goal-oriented mentality, who enjoys working in a team

  • You are very tech-savvy and solve problems with your entrepreneurial spirit

  • Creativity - you can empathize with customers and creatives (a must in terms of content, a plus in terms of design)

  • First experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Tableau)

  • You have a good understanding of all aspects of customer / product lifecycle management

  • You also have excellent verbal and written skills in German and English
